Hello, We are going to change PSTN Conferencing providers and we are asking Windows users to use the Meeting Update Tool to change their meetings info to the new provider automatically, after they have been migrated to the new service. However, a meeting update tool for Outlook for Mac doesn't seem to exist. Does that mean that Outlook for Mac will automatically update your meetings after detecting you have switched PSTN Conferencing providers? Or does it mean Outlook for Mac users need to update their meetings manually?

I hope it's not the later, since our Outlook for Mac users will definitely hate that. We are running Exchange on-premises so we can't use the new Meeting Migration Service, since it's only available for Exchange Online mailboxes.

But we have Meeting Update Tool for Skype for Business for Windows as Rudy mentioned. I understand your eager requirement for Meeting Update Tool for Mac, to update old meetings with the new provider's numbers/info successfully for Mac users.

If possible, could you ask these Mac users try to login their account to Windows Skype for Business and run this tools to update it? Then sign in back to Mac and see whether these information were updated. For your needs, we know it is not a perfect method, but it is worthy for you to try it.
